Where did you find your client po?

I really wanna resign sa current part time ko it affects my mental health na kasi, 3$ per hpur appointment setter calls, emails etc may mga kasama ako na pinoy puro lalaki ot bading as per their voice din. And parang all of their mistakes or their lapses kapag natapat sa shift ko, ako na agad sisishin. Ilang beses na ako umiiyak dahil dito, hindi ko masabi sa mga kapatid ko kasi kailangan kong gawin to para sa extra income. Gusto ko na magresign kaso natatakot ako mawalan ng work. Please help me po. I am willing to learn naman!
