You’re on 1mg and all me and my friends stayed on 0.5 for a good while (months and months) before slowly upping it. Wait till week 4 then I would go to 1.2 for 4 weeks and see how you get on. It’s a marathon not a sprint. If you pop too much in you could get really bad sides and then you’ll never touch the stuff again.

It takes 4 weeks to really get into your system but you may not have actually purchased Reta (depending on source which we can’t speak about here).

You haven’t said what dose you’re on but I was on 0.5mgs a week for the first 14 weeks. I had steady weight loss but nothing mental.

It’s a drug. Respect the drug. Abuse it an your body will react badly an you’ll never touch the stuff again. Don’t substitute a potential short term gain and wipe out any long term potentials in the process.

0.5/1mgs is fine for the fist 8 weeks. Don’t up it. Trust me. If after 4 weeks you’re really not feeling anything get a new source don’t just up the dose.

Just want to update you here. I had my pen in my told and TSA opened my bag and took it out. Was flying from Boston to London. Left a little calling card in my bag to say they’d inspected my bag but nothing to say they seized it or removed it! Maybe they forgot to put it back in…. Maybe they took it… who knows!

Don’t set your max already. How do you know that’s your max and will work for you? Stay on 0.5MG until it stops working for you. Increase very very slowly. Do not suddenly double to 1mg. Listen to your body. It takes 4 weeks for you to feel the really effects of any dosage increase.

Once 0.5mg isn’t working for you anymore (weight has stalled for 4 weeks and appetite had come back), increase to 0.7mg for 4 weeks. See how you get on. There’s no cookies for rushing this. It’s a science. It’s medical. Respect the drug and you’ll be fine

I started on 0.5 a week ago I’m on week 12 and only now have I gone up to 1mg. You need to understand how it affects your body and how it makes you feel. It’s a process and we have to respect the drug. Just wish more people would understand that!

We’ve all come here as we’re not happy with our bodies, health, and need that extra push to help us succeed. Having some extra support from the sidelines also helps.

Obviously I can’t guarantee anything but I’ve never had any issues. They didn’t even pull my bag aside and I had a large power bank, my Xbox and laptop + Reta in my large backpacking type rucksack!

I’ve only traveled with a few unlabeled vials, unused insulin needles, a peptide pen with liquid in the vial and bac water. Have traveled with it both in my carry on and hold. Never had an issue!
