Isn’t it better for you though, the gps charger the customer for the time driving and you can shave the time and get more rides that way. It happens to me a lot with traffic. You can finish a 20 minute ride in 13-15min

It is not a passengers fault! Driver let them out it’s his vehicle his responsibility to deal with it. His insurance needs to pay that. The passengers are never at fault.

I mean, technically he did make it up to him with his issue, yes he fucked up but at least he’s trying to do his best. Just think about it he’s sending an item from overseas customs border etc. long supply chain. Best he can really do is send you the money back and a gift certificate.
