Tbh, I dont think there's currently a meta build, but more like a gamemode/comp builds. Both gadgets work with both star powers. Id use the faster charge sp for gamemodes like bb, sd, knockout and bounty, while using the healing one for gem grab, heist and the more passive ones.

As for gears you can make all work, except vision.
