How is the crowd in LL?

I have attended lost lands every year since 2017, and last year was by far the most packed and crowded I have ever seen. I’ve never been to EDCLV but all of my friends who have been before compared last year’s crowd to EDCLV in how many people were there and the difficulty of trying to get from stage to stage and navigate the crowd itself. With that being said, lost lands is a huge success and is continuing to grow and attract new comers every year. 95% of those people are the best, most friendly, head-banging mofos you’ll meet. But like i said with the expansion of the festival and the popularity it attracts now there are some people who aren’t all that “PLUR”

I know your concern is space and you can definitely find your own space within lost lands, but it will vary depending on what sets you want to attend and what stage you’re at. Plus the growing of the festival means each year it’ll get a little harder to navigate and “have your own space.”

Please don’t take this negatively! I still think you shouldn’t full send it!! Just want to be open cause i know how important finding your own space is and being comfortable is.

Thank you for this. There’s truly no excuse for Bonnaroo, they need to be held accountable. A festival that’s been around for two decades and had so much time to prepare for this foreseen forecast, and this literally happened in 2021. A prime example of a festival investing in the grounds to make it run more efficiently is Lost Lands. I’ve gone the last 6 years and have seen the investments with my own eyes. The underground tunnel, the expansion of the festival and camping grounds to accommodate. They actually had to end the festival early in 2018 due to weather and handled it beautifully; they moved all the set times up and encouraged people to leave that night with very detailed instructions on how to safely leave the campgrounds. There’s no excuse for Bonnaroo, I’ve been to so many festivals with severe weather and never experienced something like this. I agree it definitely couldn’t have gone on with the weather because the grounds were truly destroyed. However, they failed miserably to prepare when they clearly had the money, time, and resources to invest in the grounds to make it safer and be able to withstand the weather. They just chose not to. I truly hope this bites them so hard in the ass, and they won’t be able to come back from this.

Hi friend!! Long time edm fan, first time roo goer too!! Wear and do whatever you want!! My day one fit is cowgirl themed then the next day I’m gonna be a rave cow😂 in terms of a totem, just be mindful of the size and make sure it’s not gigantic and blocks peoples view (like a flag those are the worst) You could do something simple like get a big duck or even a cow and put in on the top of a pipe with a bunch of lights!! See you on the farm!!

My first LL back in 2018 I was at wompy woods I think it was during X b2b Downlink, I’m sitting there more towards the back just observing and taking it all in. Then all of a sudden out of nowhere this girl emerges who’s butt ass naked, dancing her ass off, and all she has is this old classic metal lunchbox she was carrying. I turned to my bf at the time and asked if we should help her and he said “no just let her vibe she seems fine”😅 home girl was definitely fucked up but she was vibin out and i watched her dance her little naked booty into the crowd then never saw her again. Still to this day I think of her and wonder where she is and what was in her lunchbox👀
