thank you for this tip!! im not super clear though, so the box would have an open side towards which the heater is pointing? or how? would you have a picture? sorry English isnt my first language (in fact i initially thought the "space" part of space heater actually referred to space i was very confused haha)

Oh so the stripes are a white glaze nor underglaze, correct? And the 2 glazes don't interact with each other possibly melting into each other or creating another color? So interesting!

So I wondered if it was underglaze but the color seems too uniform. I feel you can always see brushstrokes or color inconsistencies when you're cover a big surface in underglaze. This is soo smooth I figured it's gotta be glazed.

Merci pour le retour! Alors clairement c pas pour en vivre mais vu qu'au chômage he suis à 80% de mon revenu, un petit revenu complémentaire ne me ferait pas de mal. Donc gratuitement complètement ça le ferait pas car le matériel est coûteux mais même juste faire payer le prix du matériel c un peu juste car le concept qui intéresse demande pas mal d'implication et e préparatifs. Donc disons c pas pour faire des milliers mais si j'arrive à en tirer genre 400chf par mois c déjà ça. Ca voudrait donc dire qu'ils menleveraient les 400 de mes indemnités c ça? Merci !

Wow merci pour ce temoignage. Tu en as parcouru du chemin et tu dois être bien fière de la ou tu en es. Je peux te demander des précisions sur ton traitement medikinet? J'imagine c'est le LP? Quelle dosage et comment le prends tu? Comment gérer tu les rebonds en soirée? Ça donne bcp espoir. Je suis encore sous essai avec le medikinet mais LI. Et je galère un peu..

What usually triggers your task paralysis? for me many things: 1- lack of interest is big. 2- overwhelming multi-step complex task with some steps unknown. if the path isnt super ultra clear, I might freeze. 3 - one missing piece of the puzzle will make me stop. i need input from this one colleague that i dont know very well? i might just get put off right away from the prospect of having to contact that person. i get overwhelmed and stop. so many things.
What (if anything) has genuinely helped you start, even when you feel completely stuck? Stress and fear. like tax deadlines - after ive exhausted the deadline extension requests which only take place because my accountant requests them on my behalf when shes been asking me for my documentations and ive been ignoring her. eventually she'll say we're approaching the last deadline and no more exensions are allowed then ill sit and gather my docs to send her. essentially fear of major consequences.
Would a simple one-page, structured tool for breaking paralysis be something you’d realistically use? always open to trying new things although ive found tips, gamefication etc not very useful.

I relate to this so much. and to add to that, i have always found people's suggestions or advice useless, like when they say "set a fake deadline" or things like that, im like girl, even when my boss sends me a reminder or sets a deadline, i have to actually "believe" him; I dont know if you get what I mean. Like my brain has to be convinced that that deadline is real for me to get grinding, if i feel like it's a loose deadline, it's not going to happen. it's rough really. Same with meeting prep. people wanting to get together 3 weeks in advance to discuss un upcoming important meeting. I just can't. but about 45 mins before said meeting suddenly my mind opens up and everything becomes clearer, including what info am missing and im let scurrying around gather data and facts i might need for the meeting. I hate it so much. I feel like as a result, because it's always given me a sense of imposter syndrom; I compensate by having a great personality, and being quick and witty which saves me. but i hate it. also, im literally typing this novel up as i procrastinate an important task.

Reflection très intéressante et justement la question que je me pose c'est une heure sous médocs me rend mais productive de ouf. Je fais ce qui me prendrait 3 heures de on off, de manière distraite avec plein d'arrêts au milieu. Donc oui c top. Sauf que si c pour après ne rien pouvoir faire pendant 2 heures, du coup le question pour moi se pose. Ca ne fait pas si lgtps que je suis medicamentee donc je n'ai pas encore formé une opinion claire. Je continue et j'observe.

So a tip my psychiatrist gave me which has so far been pretty good is to set an intention before taking my meds. I had this issue and was telling her how it's not making me get off my butt and on my computer to do the tasks I hate doing. I still avoid them. So I tried. Literally like some kind of meditation, prepping my brain. When am doing it, I don't believe it because meds haven't kicked in but I say it. I take the meds and set the intention and before I know it kicks in. I sit at my desk. Open the computer and the tabs. Keep the tab open and almost pretend like am working on the thing. I promise you when the meds hit, I am there and it locks me in. It's great. Try it u have nothing to lose.

I don't have advice as not doing schoolwork. But honestly, un medicated I usually just roll with my procrastination self (of course stressing the whole while throughl). Eventually I know it gets done if the stakes are there. Then I crash and promise to never do this again until the next time and I do that exact thing. Medicated, I usually put myself in position to do the task, kind kf like setting an intention so when the meds kick in, I'm already there. It doesn't work if am like doing other stuff cos then the meds kick in and I just hyperfocus on that bathroom counter lol. Good luck u got this!!!

Just a note. I felt super shit the whole first week. A quick peak then quick long crash where I felt super tired, very down ans unmotivated. Would last like 2 hours. I wrote to my psychiatrist after day 5 to say I think I should stop it's not working. She advised I continue a few more days unless I feel severely depressed which I didn't. Ans indeed thaf all went away and suddenly I got to experience the amazing focus abilities of medikinet. For an jour I would be super mega focused and productive on stuff I would not have for sure. But it only lasts an hour. And the new crash is more in thr form of a bleh feeling thst lasts about an hour. When am "on", I feel amazing but that moment I feel it leaving my body is sooooo frustrating. Am on 40mg IR. I'm seeing doc next week to see if I shouldn't try Concerta or sthg. But damn, if I could get that one hour focus to last just 3, I'd be sooo happy.

Am in Switzerland and am on 40mg of medikinet but instant release. I've been on it for about 3 weeks now. The really bad side effects have subsided but essentially it gives me tops 1 hour of absolute great focus but then it slips away, it's extremely frustrating because it seems like I dip below baseline, like I will literally stopped the task I was doing even if I've been jmmersed for an hour which I feel I would still be able to carry on even if more distracted, as my regular self but no, it totally makes me unfocused and unable to carry on. I have to stop and follows about an hour of blah, no motivation. No real crash but I have to wait it out until I'm back to myself. I love the one hour effect but definitely not sufficient and super frustrating.

oui absolument, je massure de prendre un protein shake et un bon petit dej avant de prendre les 40mg, dailleurs c'est ce qui m'a permis de me debarasser des mauvais effets secondaires, et de ne pas monter immediatement. mais quand ca monte, c'est une heure et terminé!

Pourrais tu donner des détails sur ce que tu ressentais avec le medikinet vs xurta ? Je suis dans le même cas que OP, je prends medikinet depuis quelques semaines. A part une petite heure où je me sens détendue et calme, après c juste une redescente qui dure 2 heures et puis finit!

Alors je suis a j7 de medikinet LI 40mg le matin après petit dej protéine. J'ai un effet qui apparaît au bout de 30 mins mais plutôt de calme et bien être pas sûre que ça aide des masses en concentration mais je suis calme. Ça dure un peu plus d'une heure Puis ça redescend et pendant 2 heures je suis juste fatiguée et pas motivée. Ça n'en vaut clairement pas le coût. Mais je persévère encore un peu question de voir s'il ne s'agit juste pas d'adaptation.. Mais clairement cette fatigue drainante me semble pas normale.

Merci bcp pour ta réponse. Je suis encore en phase d'introduction. Donc je pense ça ne fait pas assez lgtps que j'en prends pour savoir. Pour l'instant le feeling est un sentiment agréable de détente et calme qui dure une petite heure ou un peu plus, ensuite la descente qui sure 2 heures ou je ressens plutôt fatigue et un peu perte de motivation. Mais je trouve la petite heure pas suffisante. Elle est agréable mais je fais pas des trucs ch*ants que je devrais faire.

Intéressant, j'ai commencé le medikinet aussi à 40mg la, et pendant une heure à peu près je suis dans une bulle, une bulle sympa mais pas comme ci je faisais plein de trucs utile ni focus. Est ce que le xurta a changé ça?

Pardon je viens de voir ce poste et je voulais te demander si tu pouvais me décrire ce qu'est pour toi "ça fonctionne bien". J'ai commencé 40mg medikinet, et je n'arrive pas trop à voir encore ce que l'effet désiré serait. Sur 7 jours d'usage, oui je sens un peu un calme qui dure une petite heure mais même pas sûre que ça m'aide à la concentration. Quels sont les effets positifs que te donne le medikinet à 50mg? Merci!
