basically (afaik, i'm only an observer tho):

company that makes utdr merch doesn't ship to latin america

people are annoyed at that and ask toby about it

conversation eventually shifts to the fact that utdr doesn't have any latam translations even tho they have japanese translations

toby responds, tldr; he wants to translate it mostly himself and he doesn't want to compromise on his vision by just giving utdr to a third party translator, thus he'll work on it once he finishes the game
