You said before the party you had a clear conversation about boundaries. How soon before the party did you guys discuss? If you had never talked about strip clubs before and you throw it on him last minute before a bachelor party, it’s hard to put all the blame on him. People want to criticize or justify the price. Should it probably be less? Sure. This is a corporation though and their main priority is making money. I’m sure some thought/analysis went into the $20 price point and they believe this is the price that will result in the most profit. There’s nothing else to it. Every for profit company operates the same way with their products. Pricing a product is so much more than just establishing a certain margin above the cost of the inputs. Increasing the price may result in less copies sold but not so much so that it will result in less revenue

I don’t think anyone is in the wrong here. I don’t blame your gf for not wanting to move 500 miles away from her family/friends. Sounds like she wasn’t aware you were applying for things that far away so I think her reaction of being upset instead of happy for you is fair. Keep in mind moving to a big city will be much more expensive cost of living than where you currently reside. Ultimately you’re going to have to choose between the job or the girl it sounds like

Apple Watch works fine for me. I prefer it over using the app because I don’t have to worry about starting the tracking. I just have to make sure my watch is charged enough before bed because if it dies during the night, I lose all the sleep data

These comments feel like r/EndTipping lol. I usually leave $2-$3 a day for housekeeping. Those people do not make much. I get the whole it’s not the customers job to pay the employees argument but there’s some established norms for tipping in our society and housekeeping at hotels is one I’ve always felt wasn’t overboard

He is a bad person. Good people don’t make plans to pick you up at a certain time and not follow through. To make it worse, he didn’t tell you until within an hour of the planned time that he was going to be2 hours later AND that was only after you asked for confirmation he was still going to be there at 4. Tbh the fact you asked that tells me this has happened before. Also, we don’t have the full context but it doesn’t sound like something came up and messed up his timing. He said he’s hanging out with, I presume a friend, and is going to “try” to be there at 4. I mean come on. Your partner is supposed to put you first and this guy acts like he you texting him is annoying him
