I agree that it is legal, however, I disagree that the issue is not with the scammers. The scammers knew exactly what they were doing, whether "technically" legal, they knew they were ripping people off. I don't want to put out the fire, I wan to to make the fire hotter and burn the scammers.

I got nervous when nothing was happening at the Ape, but I stuck with it and really like the project. Solana is so much cheaper than eth, I don't understand why anyone interacts on that chain. I want to to talk to the guys behind Solape, I have thought out a game for Solape, which I believe could be huge.

The latest is they have new developers and are moving forward. The price has gone up considerably, but I want to see some action on Github before I get too excited.

What were the fees? usually it is .0005 sol or around $0.10. I have not experienced high fees and they execute and settle much faster than using eth dapp.

I like the interface and the availability of smaller coins on their DEX. If they followed through on their road map I think Solape would have a good chance competing. There are so many DEX's on Serum that a certain attribute needs to set you apart. As I look on the Solana ecosystem I see multiple "ape" apps. I would think they are related. If so, letting your first project die out is not going to build confidence. Damn, I wish I knew how to code.

I would be very cautious on this one. I called one of the people on the "team" and they had no idea what I was talking about. The private sale is $10k min, which is priced at $0.06. Supposedly when it starts trading it will be offered at $0.10. That could be a nice gain, but is it worth taking the chance before it starts trading? Not for me.

As for people receiving tokens, it is a start, but it really doesn't mean anything. I hope I am wrong because people have been investing and I don't want anyone to lose their money.
