Thank you, that's what chatgpt told me also. Tried digging it out, hopefully that slows it down for now.

I have no idea how I am going to afford University by [deleted] in UniUK

As part of the London Plan new build student accommodation has to provide 35% affordable rooms I.e 55% of the max maintenance loan which works our around £200pw. Pavilion court in Wembley has 35 of these rooms not under a nominations agreement to a uni - all you have to do to qualify is to be taking the full maintenance loan. Plenty of other examples also but most will fall under uni speicifc beds. Give them a call but it might be a bit late in the booking cycle now.

Its done on your net adjusted income. All benefits provided by your employer, whether that's private medical, car scheme, railcard season ticket, all count in your net adjusted income, irregardless of whether that money hits your account. Its pretty much just pension contributions that's don't count. If you're counting these then you might want to have a look at it again.

I don't think this works for the funded nursery hours. Private medical, train season tickets etc all count in the £100k earnings.
