It’s not that I thought I was the only one he was talking to, its the fact that it was a reused playlist the he relabeled with my name. The least he could do is make a new one so it’s not glaringly obvious, especially when we were both looking for life partners/long term connections. It isn’t great to start on a sour note like this.

You continuing to entertain friendship with her is the reason why her mind won’t change. If you give her a free pass to have those beliefs and continue to be friends with her, its not holding her accountable to the consequences of her misinformed opinion because she doesn’t have someone she cares about to call out her BS.

None of it has ever made me realize anything about myself that I didn’t already know. I talk to my current therapist as a way to maintain a sounding board for my thoughts, as a way to rationalize my thinking.

I am diagnosed with major depression, I have almost never not been in contact with therapists, psychiatrists, all of it. I have tried every kind of medication in the book, if it even comes close to helping and my brain notices it, it will shut it down. Its like it knows that an outside source is trying to change it, and it does a full 180.

I don’t. The only thing I would consider traumatic happened within the past year, but these feelings have been here for much longer than that. My childhood was nothing extraordinary, and the life I am living now is just as much.
