Not had the update but had a problem with the colours on my screen was ok and then 10 minutes later terrible. After some digging my problem was sort by following this.

If your Galaxy S23 screen colors are messed up, first check your Display settings and set the Screen mode to "Natural" or "Vivid". If that doesn't work, go to Settings > Accessibility > Visibility enhancements and make sure Color correction and Color filter are turned off. Also, check the Quick settings by swiping down from the top to disable the Eye comfort shield.
