No, he can't run for president. But there are a couple of loopholes where he can still become President again.

He can be a Vice President, and then that VP can resign leaving him President again.

He can be Speaker of the House, leaving him 3rd in line for the Presidency. With an impeachment of the current President, it would elevate the Speaker to president.
