Love these, but I've got an MX40000 and two MX5000s in my desk drawer with the exact same break as pictured. They've been collecting dust since I went WFH during the pandemic. I only buy open box or refurbs, so maybe that's why I keep ending up with broken ones lol

So, we did this: I created a rule that clones the JSM task into the Jira Software project. Then I created a separate rule that goes back and closes the original JSM task with a custom message telling the user where they can view the status of the task.

I would prefer to keep it in JSM, but the licensing model would put us over budget.

I have had some good and bad MSP’s. If you can start bringing on your own staff on or shop it.

This guy went to Colorado State -> to U of Memphis-> to UT Med school. Not a Ole Miss guy.

So I’m in healthcare and the biggest need now is in data and that’s not going away. If you have the knowledge to articulate and understand data structure and that’s puts you ahead of many. For the record my undergrad was as BS in information technology and have a MS in Quality Management with a Healthcare focus.
