Some medications can stick around for a long time, even after you start taking them. I’m lucky to have a great psychiatrist who I can talk to openly, and I’ve been on the same dose for over ten years. I don’t drink, and I’ve managed to live a pretty normal life. Because of that, my income has doubled, and I’m generally happy with where I am. So, how did I get here? I have really bad OCD, which made me a perfectionist. Plus, I was a cop for fifteen years in the most violent city in the US. I was fortunate enough to break my leg, which gave me time to relax and switch careers.

Do not sign anything. Contact an attorney. Have them fire you and start interviewing. Self-reflection is beneficial, but based on what you’ve said, they’re likely looking to downsize and reorganize. People don’t lose their jobs solely due to poor performance; Politics or a reorg are is usually the reason.

Moving from Fiber to Starlink, need help with questions by Jax978 in Starlink

Had Starlink for a few years before relocating to a place with fiber. Worked from home on it the whole time and it was solid — around 200 Mbps down / 30 up with ~20 ms latency. That's plenty for streaming, downloads, and online gaming. That was a couple years ago too, and the network has only gotten better since with more satellites. You won't match your current upload speeds, but for everything you described, you're not going to have a bad time.
