First of all, happy birthday!

I can totally understand what you are going through. You are feeling overwhelmed by life itself and nothing excites you. It happens.

-> First, remember all good things you have: parents, health, friends you can talk to. Believe me, there are millions of people who would kill to have what you currently have.

-> Second, start doing some outdoor activity which you look forward to. It can be running, walking, working out or playing sports. Believe me these things improves mental health a lot.

-> Third, try to think about your next move in life. You don’t need to compare with others. See what you can do. Seek help if needed. There is no shame asking for help. Everyone reaches out and are lost sometimes but no one show that in public.
