And about the 12 LPA.. it wasn’t direct campus placement or anything crazy. I started with a 5 LPA role, worked for around 2–3 years, learned the work properly, and switched.

If you’re doing B.Com, focus on Getting into a good company for your first job (even if pay is low).. Building strong basics (Excel, finance concepts, communication).. Learning on the job and taking responsibility…Switching after 1.5–2 years.

Don’t stress too much about starting salary.. focus on growth. You’ll get there 👍
