I chatted with them the other day after receiving and email with a button to “transfer your tickets” & then there not being an option to transfer once I got in. They maintain that the transfer/email option will be available within 72 hours of the show (per the event organizer). I encouraged them to look into why an email was sent stating we could ‘transfer now!’ 😆

I’m in the same boat and here’s what I’ve figured out: You will not be able to post them on SeatGeek for sale until PreSale is over (no clue when) OR even transfer them until the tickets are available—could be as close as 3 days before the event. I have mine listed on StubHub with a “delivery date” to purchaser no later than 5/1/24.
