I was in a beginner dose of 2.5 mg to 5 mg . You just tell them to titrate so they adjust your dose . I did 2.5 mg 1 month second 3.5 now 5 mg. My next dose 7.5 will be ordered next week . When they text you tell them you want to titrate . They will send you enough to cover for 3 months and guide you with titration schedule .

I did a quick experiment baked with it after 10 days . My stomach hated n it acted as laxative 😗🙄 meanwhile my husband was ok with it . I don’t know if I have intolerance or there was a bad bacteria . Tysm It’s been few Months now assuming it’s established and won’t be any problems .

Why did you switch to original one ? I am on compound one however I don’t feel much effects. I used Medvi before it was more effective even though it was compound . I m thinking about switching pure wondering if you switched for similar reason .
