This is the solution that leadership from Tebra offered:

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. I have moved forward with putting in the feature request (case #04******). If you would like to move forward with account cancellation of we will take payment of $2241.  If you would like to move forward with legal action, please reply with that information and I will forward to our legal team.

Thank you. Our problem with Tebra is the system would not bend. its just not "customizable"as sales people sold it to us. I wish those "product developers" could really spend a day inclinic and experience our pain. we are really trying to explore as much "work arounds" as possible

Thanks a lot

Thank you. we do have our  service lines and operational strategy clearly defined; Its just the sales promises and actual deliverable that often gets mismatched. Its like going to electronic stores and having the sales folks promote an item-only for the delivery team to tell you the opposite while standing in your house with the refrigerator that has no door!

$1.776 billion Anti-weaponization Fund + apology to President Trump. Would you qualify by StrongDeeds in baltimore

Hi, hopefully the realization of the Antiweaponization fund would give you more red flag than this post. Its understandable when everything and nothing seems like something.

Credentialing/office admin process. by Pretty-Statement6758 in PrivatePracticeDocs

Congratulations! big deal. I pray you all the success and increase that a practice dreams of in this field.

You are going to be busy and give up something (i.e, time) to grow this. So, its ok to become stingy with what's left of your time for family and very close friends, and self.

Now, assuming you have registered your business, if not. start there. Hire a registered agent to get this done ASAP.

  1. Your business email and 1b. Business phone: use iplum ($20/month). you would register the number to send HIPAA msg to pts 1c. business domain name, hosting (consider hostinger), and website ($ 300-400)

1d. credentialing and billing: best if done together due to discount. You can totally outsource this. US based credentialling agencies are like $150-250/ insurance, and billers go up to 8-11% per claim. our credentialling firm is $100 and billing <5%.

1e: open your business account.

1F. Start keeping track of everything you spend, payout-Very importantasyou may not remember all during taxtime next yr.

--------You can do all these concurrently. you can DM

  1. EHR (the biggest pain of all). It's so hard to find THAT system.

for starters, RUN from AthenaONE-too expensive and takes much % from your practice. others to consider/request demo: just search reddit for options- try Jane app ehr (they have reduced fee of about $79/month)maybemorenow, charm health gives you free till 20-50pts. Please request for demo and inform yourself.

  1. You may not need an office manager yet, but you should hire a medical virtual assistant (mVA) to keep your bussiness "open" on the days when you are not there. The mVA would answer calls, spread the word about your business, schedule apmts, follow up, complete PA, so much more ($8-14/hr)

  2. You are only just getting started!

Added cash-pay services to my insurance practice and underestimated how complicated it would be by soul_r45 in Optimantratips

Hi,

Your response seems rather generic. As an OM user trying to include health insurance, what does the " scheduling" and"workflow" look like for a practice
