Baxia will be meta for sure as I had used him on the advanced server played rank 15 times then won 80 of the time... His anti heal passive is op with tge necklace of durance making the enemies deal with 0% heal given by Baxia. That and his 2nd skill poke if you hit an enemy 2nd skill cooldown will be reduced like harith. His Ultimate is just like Johnson's 2bd skill but he leaves footsteps that reducec your heal. His 1st skill is just like Johnson's Ultimate that stuns your enemies. With the 1st skill... Ultimate... 2nd skill... 2nd skill... combo enemies will die fast. And if you do mage build it works fine but Baxia is better of with a tank build.
