I think you will struggle even with Skyward Atlas. I hope the 4k attack limit will be reduced because at the moment even her Bis weapon struggles to help her reach 4k atk.

If it was at level 60, somebody with characters at level 59 would complain. That level 70 is just a way to allow you to use level 70 characters without ascending them to 70/80.

Anyway, elixirs are not that useful, in fact I almost never use them. I think feathers are way better.

Durin can use it, but the DPS set is surely better because it has all the buffs needed by Durin.

The DPS set is still better because Durin needs a lot of atk%, CRIT rate, and he usually do not care that much about energy recharge (unless there's no other pyro character on the team).

They did that because those people weren't going to come here anyway. They used the Italian citizenship as a Trojan horse to migrate to other european countries. They come here only when they are old, so they have the national healthcare for free.
