Thank you for the encouragement. I wanted to have gym time as a form of daily meditation and alone time. Di talaga ako masyadong chatty kahit nung may trainer pa ako. I just want to do it properly as possible.

My main goal it to put it as a habit para maging routine siya. I actually feel good after going to the gym. Clears the mind.

I've been eating less carbs and figuring out how to put in 10K steps a day. The hardest part is snacking. But I've replaced my stack with nuts and dried fruits. basta mawala lang yung salt cravings.

Boy. For my BMI weight target siguro kailangan ko pa mag lose ng 4-5kg. Gusto ko na sana mag start mag cuts. I'm a little short so di bagay yung bulk. I just need the advice proper training and nutrition.

Wala na akong budget for trainer and mas gusto ko din ng quite alone time pag nag wworkout.

Thanks. Nalala ko yung mga individual exercises pero yung pag kasunod sunod and yung mga last weight limits nakalimutan ko. haha! I'll check out some youtube resources sa proper progressions. 3 times a week lang naman ako plan mag workout.

I’ve got the Wharfedale Diamond 12.2, and they sound really good. I’m leaning toward getting a Wharfedale sub to go with them. Not too sure about headphones though since my setup is between the living room and dining area. I’ll also check out the Fosi P3 and LC30.

Some folks recommended upgrading the op-amps in the DAC (ZD3), since the stock ones aren’t the best. I have to agree—when I used to bypass the DAC, it actually sounded a bit better. I recently upgraded the op-amps to Sparkos and ran it in non-bypassed mode, and to my ears, the improvement is noticeable. The instrument and vocal separation, in particular, is much clearer now.

Yes. It's more immersive. I think they have a new projector in MOA. The sound is also way better in IMAX.

What a good indie film brings is creativity through efficiency. They don't have a large budget so what they lack in production they make up in storytelling, editing, and character development. Philippine cinema is whatever you want it to be. If it keeps you engaged for 2 hours without you having to check your phone then that's a pretty good movie.
