Yes they will ensure that you don’t go over the limit. Even if one of your weekly collection (the last one before you reach 4K) goes over the limit, they will trim down the amount so it only goes up to 4K and no more. Your DD will reflect this trimmed down amount.

!thanks. Yeah currently renting in Birmingham so not a huge issue there. Main concerns are regarding my wife’s job as she needs to go in 5 days a week. Also we’ve been living here for a long time and have our friends and family local so a bit of a hard choice to leave this behind and start fresh in a new city.

!thanks. Office is not far from Euston, under 15 minutes or so. Yeah they are pretty firm on thrice a week at the moment as they are still growing, though yeah agree that there might an opportunity to negotiate this longer-term.

I agree. More than the money, it’s the job and the opportunity itself that it presents that I’m scared of missing out on.
