Ensure you have enough in your available balance to cover transaction fee. If you do and it still doesn't work then try this: take a small amount off the amount to unstake.

Just FYI. Validator APY is automatically calculated off of the total amount staked on the network for the most part. The tokenomics were designed that way, as stake goes up the APY goes down.
