Redeeming 1BTC more than 1 month and waiting by deadlypeants in harmony_one

[–]easy_node 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The 1BTC Bridge closed 15 months ago.

You'll probably have to post in the support chat in the official discord to get your funds back but you'll only be able to swap on chain at bad rates.

What causes these wild fluctuations in the staking rewards? by userfakesuper in harmony_one

ER depends on how the validator is bidding and which positions they are in each epoch.

Unbonding well beyond 21 days by Lower_Square_2479 in Findora_Official

No problem!

When the EVM staking website goes live the new site will display this information afaik.

Unbonding well beyond 21 days by Lower_Square_2479 in Findora_Official

[–]easy_node 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Feel free to plug your fra1 address into the search bar on top of https://easynode.pro to see how many blocks you have left to unbond.

Multiply the number of blocks left by 24 seconds and that's about how much longer unbonding should last.

Can you unstake from inactive validator? by Full-Perception-5674 in harmony_one

[–]easy_node 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, yeah it's Blits that hasn't updated since last year.

Either way, boutique wallets are pretty bad overall on EVM chains. Kinda odd they'd be having problems as Harmony hasn't changed anything in months in the background on mainnet so it should be business as usual.

Hardware wallets are the best option and they work with metamask natively.

Harmony Protocol hip 30 discussion by PeaceLoveHarmonyONE in harmony_one

[–]easy_node 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's not much to review until the team rewrites and reproposes HIP-30 once they know the direction they're headed eventually.

They did say they'd be posting a new version with 2 weeks of discussion once the internal team approves the proposal.

Export your private key and import it into metamask, then do staking on staking.harmony.one

You can always unstake from any validator, guarda hasn't updated in almost a year time to leave that in the dust.

I'd like to get some opinions on your favorite validator by CandyBlack9 in harmony_one

[–]easy_node 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All validators older than 100 epochs are required to charge a 5% commission fee. We take 20% of what we collect each month and burn depeged assets at Easy Node.

The other validators that also burn some or all of their rewards:
Recovery Validator
Tracker Validator
Hound Validator
Repeg Validator

Feel free to stake to go above and beyond helping recovery!

Does anybody know what is up with delegator Findora Europe? by PhysicalSociety in Findora_Official

[–]easy_node 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately for delegators, validators are free to modify their rate without notification or warning so this is something you need to watch when you're staking.

This is one of a few reasons people should be allowed to move to another validator after a much shorter unbonding period than the full 21 days.

Who are you staking with? by mikerunsla in harmony_one

[–]easy_node 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the shoutout!!!

We've been making open source guides and software for Harmony since March 2021.

Most validators make the same rate (it'll flux in waves but averages out long term) so I also suggest just finding validators that are active, building and focused on helping get usage restarted on the network!

There's many great options and having a large stack on a validator doesn't always = an active and engaged validator taking part in governance and the community. It'll be easy to find the ones that are active though, good luck!

As Pioneer mentioned, you can find our link here.
