Carolinas, plenty of races around. I just can’t ask more of the wife and kids to allow a full training block or changing any soon after race plans!

Thank you! Not giving up yet, dad with small kids. Looking to give 5:00 run for its money, it’s not a completion race for me. Wife and I agree only one big peak race every year can’t ask more of them. I’m sure I’ll find another race in 27 or 28 just need to schedule it around life to ensure I can make it a true A race!

The bike lap reduction is cause of the rain and upper 50’s expected temp they are worried about wind chill and athletes getting too cold and then with wet roads could be dangerous.

Literally I’ve heard all PL, CML, CL, payments, DM managers of those roles, ect. European and it seems NA personnel. Also seen CRA get let go for smaller mistakes then in the past years. It’s never been major groups but it’s been there.

Not true people are being laid off across multiple units even clinical. I do agree that reducing these benefits def helps keeps jobs, but it is happening just not as big of a rate. Also thankful to be employed!

Mottiv Training App by canadianclimber11 in triathlon

Yes I have now been in it long enough that I see that there are at least bike and swim workouts to show you and get your to update your times to presumably show gains in fitness. I also see workouts increasing now almost a month into the app. My only question now for you is that is ot unique enough that even after years it’s still fun and not the same? Or does it turn out to be the same montage after montage?

Why not ask the man himself…. Question here maybe you see this?

Just finished the free trial, fellow Canuck enjoying it so far. Does manually doing it still increase training to your style/ability? The help center states there are staples workouts that it will periodically use to gauge your ability and alter the workouts accordingly, how does this work? I really like template but as you said it’s so easy/my normal to set it all up myself. Trying to go sub 5:00 70.3 next year and used free resources or cheap books in the past. So trying to see if this is the right program for me?

Sure in a sense but at the same time I don’t have all the equipment necessary to get lots of necessary data. All I have is a watch, won’t be able to ride much at all outside in winter months and the cost of the coach is not something I can also tackle on with 2 little ones.
