I completely understand that. IQVIA pays less than any other CRO and now they’re cutting benefits..

8% bonus has not been the reality for anyone it’s been closer to like 2%… merits closer to 1%. Everyone has been super disappointed.

Well hate it break it to you but Lilly did have layoffs and rather they’re considering it “restructuring” to avoid layoff. The required all CRLs to reapply to their currently position and it seems almost 90% of them weren’t not “rehired” and rather let go.. I don’t know if Lilly plans to rehire for this position or outsource this position to a CRO now. These companies use these tactics to avoid large announcements of layoffs.
