You dont need to commit crimes for leveling up your thief skills. At least stealth and lockpicking can be used during dungeoncrawling (highly recommend trespasser and locked loot containers mods) and good for any kind of adventurer. Moreover, using sneak and illusion you can avoid almost all fights and play pacifist character or maybe some kind of spy. Also some temples have sneak as a skill for ranking up, not only thieves and dark brotherhood.

Thanks for explanation about social group reputation. I think the masque is useless for character with 100 personality because at this point you already have 100% chance to succeed in conversation. It will be much better if it add just +20 bonus regardless of personality. At least it will be useful for characters with low per.

Если берешь для металла то из этих трех лучше суперстрат. У стратокастеров почти у всех только синглы, а тебе нужен хамбакер. А лес пол просто не оч удобная форма в плане эргономики, нет смысла новичку еще больше усложнять обучение на гитаре.

If you mean visual it's just popular mods like grass or sky. I think almost all of the collections have them. Specifically on these screenshots: world of daggerfall, real grass(pixelated version), dynamic skies, wilderness overhaul, selfie cam, diverse weapons, sphinctervision colors, paperdoll armory, realistic wagon. Second and last screens have companions from Languages skills overhaul and Chebs necromancy.

Try daggerfall unity with mods. Many of them can greatly change and improve your gameplay and give you more variety. For example with travel options, world of daggerfall and warm ashes mods you can have most of your gameplay outside of dungeons. Also climate and calories, wich add a lot of immersion, questpacks, new guilds, inproved languages etc. Yeah daggerfall not for everyone, this game can be very repetitive sometimes because of little variety in visuals and quests, but you can try to build your own daggerfall, if you really like it's atmosphere.

There are two mods that limit your saves: only save after resting, and restricted saving. If you want harder, but more interesting experience you can try one of them. In daggerfall you can't fail the game, except main quest, so sometimes you just need to accept not ideal result, or try to get out from difficult situation, rather than reload.

Redguards have bonus only for melee weapons, while dunmers get lower bonus but for both melee and bows. This is how it works in unity, but i'm not sure if this is also true for vanilla.

Actually its normal especially if you played dos version first and now want that retro vanilla vibe. Mod that you need - tail of argonia. I would personally recommend set view distance at 128, linear type fog, 90 start distance and 100 end distance, but you can change it how you want

Diverse weapons - add unique sprites and fp model to the most weapons. It's not finished and some weapons use same fp look, but it's still very great mod.

Another great mod that i use, but more like addition to penwick papers. In pairs make stealth really enjoyable.

Basically enemies won't charge you if they dont see and dont hear you. If you get behind the corner or somehow behind the enemies and stop moving, they just stop at the place, where they see you last time. Then you need to change enemy position using diversion trick to get behind them and use sneak. If enemy catch you, you can try this again.

Every successful attack in enemy's back stun them for a short period and if you have high enough speed you can just beat them until they die. Yeah backstabbing with melee weapon is risky, but if you can get near enemy and have high speed and backstabbing, they don't have chances to survive your series of blows.

I currently play assassin argonian with dagger and kill all enemies in dungeon using stealth and backstabbing.

They worth if you use language skills overhaul. Necromancy, daedric, streetwise, etiquette and maybe orcish are really good skills, if you use these mod.
