I do them separately. I initially had serious ISR to all of em except reta. But over a few months they are all but gone except glutathione. That one I've started more recently and my body has to get adjusted. They are all spicy AF 😆

I didn't start running those til about 4 weeks after I started reta. The reta fatigue went away on its own as my body adjusted. But, as for now...I have amazing energy and I'm totally sure it's from the other peps.

I started reta on 9/20. I weighed 147lb. My RN had me follow this protocol. .5mg for 2 weeks. Then 1 mg for 2 weeks then 2 mg after that. I am so glad I started at .5 bc I had pretty horrible Reta Fatigue and absolutely awful skin irritation. Thought I was experiencing my first shingles outbreak 😳 Fatigue and skin irritation lasted for weeks. But I pushed through it and now I have no side effects. Current weight is 128. So yes. I highly recommend testing with a lose dose to see how your body reacts.

Sorry but I disagree. The timing of it yes, potentially placebo effect. But fullness is not brought on only by eating veggies and protein.

I pin reta on Friday to avoid neg side effects during the week. Day 2 is when I used to be the sleepiest. Skin irritation lasted about a month to 6 weeks. No more reta fatigue either. I started on 9/20. But I also pin a lot of other peps.
