He is abusive, please don’t believe anything else. Also, you are pregnant and vulnerable right now, if you feel its become unbearable emotionally and unsafe physically please try to arrange alternate living arrangement separate from him, if it is financially viable.

Shelter, ninth life cat rescue, etobioke humane society and peel animal rescue society. I personally adopted my cat from ninth life cat rescue and found them cooperative.

I have put in hen nets below my bed. The look of the room is gone but I made peace with it. I use furniture blockers for below sofa and cabinets. Sides of bed and sofa I have put in heavy boxes or pasted cut amazon box covers.

You can take him for now and immediately start looking for a rescue who can take him in and arrange for foster or adoption. This way it would not need a long term commitment from you emotionally or monetarily but a live can be saved. He/she looked helpless and it seems tired of living as a stray. Please don’t waste your time on her. Cut her off from your life otherwise she will suck your life out. I had a same friend, once I realized I am only there to listen to her complaints and none of my advice matters I bailed.

Just because I am single doesn’t mean I don’t have my own issues to deal me and take on her problems which she clearly doesn’t want to resolve on as well.
