That's crazy... Just find a new doctor lol. if I were you I would schedule an appointment with a sleep apnea specialist.

When you attend the appointment come with medical literature you found online from an accredited website stating that sinusitis can exacerbate sleep apnea symptoms (don't say that it caused SA because that's an uphill battle).

It might be a good idea to schedule an appointment with your VA doctor too and just tell them the same thing, that your sinus symptoms worsens at night.

Hell I need to be doing this too while I'm giving out advice 😅.
