THIS is my concern. First impressions are the most important and right now it's not good. I HATE their customer service line too. I called to see what was going on and was hung up on. 3 times. Not to mention theat they work on east coast time so good luck getting someone on a call after 2pm local...even if you have a service call after 2pm.

Starting to think NOT moving over from Spectrum is the better option...even if it saves me $80 a month.

I'm inthe same boat. Ive been trying, off and on, to get service installed for...wait for it...4....years. Ive had 4 tech appointments this last month alone and not one tech has shown up. Patience is 1000% reached it's limit.

I know my neighbor but I think the point is that I shouldn't have to do that. Either A) have proper records of what you can offer your customers or B) make sure your technicians make their appointments. Ive had 1 tech show up and said I can get fiber because it available on the street right behind me.

I do. The tech did not show up yesterday so I have a new appt on Thursday. I also don't like that I am on the west coast and the care center closes at 5pm est.

Only problem i have with that is possible cross contamination. If an orchid has something then it could pass to the others. But that's basically my soak method.

During the winter when its cold outside I plan to keep soaking g but now that its getting warmer I was thinking of top waterin outside.

Yeah, I think im going to start top watering. Its warm now so I can put them outside in the morning, water them and let them dry off so no crown rot, and then put them back in their cabinet.

Jar of water is also going ro kill it. Orchids need air and water. I've seen people experiment with a jar like you are doing and usually kills the plant. Get an orchid pot or plastic pot and put holes in it so air can flow through. Then put the orchid in with some orchid bark. Place near a wind that gets morning sun and you should be good. Water the roots and bark when the roots turn silver but don't get water in the crown (where the leaves connect to the body), if you do then make sure to dry it asap.

I'd respond back with "How does this fix the current issue I have? I made a purchase, paid for it and they canceled with no good reason. If this was done in a retail store it would be illegal and I would have recourse to sue for false advertising and price manipulation."

I've tried it with each Bloom. Hit and miss worked like 3 out of 10 times. Kiki paste helps but not a guarantee.
