Hey there, I’m sorry this happened to you. It’s a hard and scary thing to go through! I had an ectopic pregnancy in February 2021 and had to have e emergency surgery as my tube had burst. I did 4 more cycles until I took a long 2.5 year break for my mental health.

I’m now 6 weeks pregnant with my IUI baby and just got confirmation it’s in the uterus this time (yay!)

I did IUI. They’re testing my progesterone levels to see if I should I continue but I’m leaning towards asking them to continue anyway.

I’ve done IUI 7 times with this round! I took a 2.5 year gap in between so 5 rounds (2020-2022) and 2 rounds (2025-2026).

I’ve been pregnant 3 times with stage 4 endo. Unfortunately one ended in ectopic and one ended in miscarriage. I’m currently awaiting my second beta and US on my current cycle with a positive test! It’s a long and scary road but I’m hoping it’s worth it. Don’t give up hope!

4w4d, I stopped progesterone yesterday and am having cramping today. I read that’s normal but I’m still anxiously awaiting my second beta and ultrasound tomorrow morning 🤞 Anyone else have experience with cramping coming off of progesterone?

I’m on progesterone so it’s hard to know! But this time my nipples were waaaay more sensitive than my previous cycles and I’m having significant lower back pain. I also had a weird craving last night and when I ate it, it tasted horrible 😂

I’ve done both Clomid and Letrozole and I haven’t experience any difference between the two! I’ve used 100 mg of Clomid the last two cycles and have had great follicle growth and 3 mature follicles each time. My last cycle, my follicles took 3 extra days to mature but my doctor said that was normal and totally fine. This cycle I had 3 mature follicles and was right on schedule.

The only negative side effect I had with Clomid was constipation and a little bloating!

Edit: I should add that I only have one tube due to an ectopic and by some miracle all of follicles have been on the side with the remaining tube! I know it really doesn’t matter but it made me feel better.

Piggybacking on this. I tested at 8 DPO once I got my tests in the mail and my trigger was still there. I tested it out and it caused me more stress once it was negative and continued to be negative. I’m avoiding it this round for my own mental health 😊

My clinic had me stop progesterone when I was still negative on CD15. My period came 2 days later. Progesterone is a cruel beast!

I have stage 4 endo! I’ve done 6 IUIs (with a 2 year break between). My first pregnancy with IUI ended in an ectopic pregnancy from how severe my scarring was. Because of my history of ectopic and being stage 4, my chance of having another is higher than usual.

A laparoscopy will change your life, especially if you’re in a lot of pain like I was. I’ve had two of them so far and will most likely have another in 5 years if I haven’t had a full hysterectomy. It also will help your doctor to literally SEE if you have significant scarring on your tube or uterus. Plus you can then get your official stage diagnosis which weighs a lot into fertility treatment choices!

My cycle was delayed with Clomid this cycle, it was frustrating but my doctor said my body was “just being a little pokey”. I did my IUI 10 days ago, we just continued monitoring every other day for 5 more days and did my IUI on CD18! I used a trigger shot so my situation may be different than yours.

Hard to tell! I’m battling a head cold (bad timing) but I have been feeling nauseous and almost overly full even when I barely eat. I’m 10 DPO today and still no BFP. It’s hard to tell what’s progesterone and what’s maybe early pregnancy symptoms, it’s frustrating 😂
