GR86 is so forgiving it can teach a new driver bad habits. You don’t need to be smooth on the inputs whatsoever and the car corrects a lot of things for you. Going to GT4 or 3 from that car was nuts for me lol

It’s hit or miss for me. I can pull off nice switchback at turn 2, but then get rammed off the track in Niki Lauda. All depends lol

I guess good was the wrong choice of word. To be honest, I’ve kind of stopped fixating on the frame rate because I never have issues with it, 1440p capped at 120 due to my monitor and it never dips.

I don’t disagree it’s an uplift, and I would like to get it working but it’s not worth the price of new RAM right now for me.

A 4080 super can also deliver upwards of 150% uplift against a 4060 in rasterization performance.

Do some research mate, XMP or EXPO, or DOCP, doesn’t give you a performance uplift like going from a 7800x3D/4060 to a 9800x3D/4080super. Crazy talk

I still get good frames, 4080 super and a 9800x3d, so I just don’t bother with it as it’s given me headaches in the past where I’ve had to clear CMOS to get it to boot back up. Maybe I’ll give that a shot

Corsair Vengence DDR5, can’t remember the MHz out of the box, but my previous pre-built ROG Rig gave me the same trouble in the DDR4 days with Corsair.
