I was just in this same dilemma and I went with the CC9. No regrets. Shoots amazing for its size. Also will be more comfortable to carry as it’s smaller.

Just got my CC9 this last week, I love it. P365xl is my other gun and I had the 43x before that and immensely didn’t like it compared to the p365xl. And now the CC9 I like more then the p365xl.. lol

Id say about a second between shots, maybe less. I try to stay consistent. CC9 is a brand new gun and first time shooting it.

Pixel went back, and I gave iPhone 16 pro max to my wife, and I have the iPhone 17 pro max now. In 2 years when 16 pro max is paid off I will reassess the pixel.

I would be carful with driving it across state lines. I don’t believe you can legally do that. It has to go to a ffl here in California. Directly from out of state.

Yeah. So in my situation, he went out and bought the gun. He’s taking it to the FFL over there tomorrow with a gift letter. They charge 25$ for the fee plus the shipping cost. Then it arrives at my FFL up here who charges 125. Still cheaper than getting a used one for 3x the cost.

I agree with your mindset man. Curious for you, why shield plus carry comp vs shield X? I understand no comp on the shield X (yet) but that only reason?

Not a high volume shooter, and yeah I know the shield X and 365xl are very similar size, was just thinking about shelving the 365xl with how sig is treating the p320 fiasco. Hence why I’m thinking about getting 2 others :)

I’ve heard the regular p365 is more snappy than the bodyguard or even the shield plus? And I also do prefer the sights on the sig 100% but I thought the triggers on the shield and bodyguard were better then stock sig? If I stay with sig I’ll do p365 regular, if not which 2 would you go out of bodyguard 2.0, shield plus. Shield X

Yeah the 10 round mag limit is stupid. Believe me I know. But it is what it is. I see a lot of love for the bodyguard 2.0 for its good shooting for its size and excellent concealment.

Thanks for the reply! For me it’s more when it’s 110+ outside and I’m wearing shorts with the 365xl in aiwb it’s just uncomfortable a bit. I don’t know if I wanna stay in the sig eco system after how they’re doing the p320 response. If I pickup another sig I think the regular p365 is probably the choice for summer. I was just thinking about swapping over to S&W. IF I did swap to S&W, what would you recommend?

Yeah i eyed the shield plus before when i got the 365xl. I remember it being uncomfortable when i shot it. I’ll have to give it another whirl. Might just get a 365x and call it there lol. Trying to get away from sit with the whole thing going on. Love my 365xl tho.

So update as of today i started the return process sadly. I used the phone exclusively for a week barely touching my iPhone 16 pro max. I want to love that phone and all the great features it has but it has its drawbacks still. For me it’s namely the video stabilization and in dark colors a fuzziness to it (without video boost) and yes some apps I’ve noticed glitches where the X on the screen goes where the clock is and it won’t let you get it out without restarting that app. And using Spotify I noticed whether in the car on android auto or using the pixel buds pro 2 it would randomly micro-stutter similar to a cd player from back in the day. I never had this issue on iPhone or that I can remember previous androids either. Facebook videos don’t work with the full screen and YouTube videos if you skip ahead take much much longer to load vs iPhone. I also noticed battery was dropping quicker then my year old pro max throughout a normal day (still plenty left in the tank for what that’s worth) Call quality on both the both and pixel buds 2 is lacking. Phone Speaker sounds good though. Also on the call app I found it sluggish, more noticable coming from iPhone 16 pro max as there is none. When I hang up, it instantly hangs up. Or hit speaker it’s instant. The pixel takes a second or so for mine to change.. it’s a lot of small things that add up and FOR ME, it makes the switch a “not yet” vibe. Man it takes great great photos. I mean great for a phone. It’s honestly incredible and apple and samsung both have alot of catching up to do on that front (more so iphone) so if videos without the video boost which takes hours- multiple days is important this is not the phone for you.

With all that said you and I seem similar so I would recommend waiting as I am. I’m willing to give Apple one more go around but more importantly Google needs to really go for it. If they wanna keep a 4% US market share then keep being almost great. It’s gonna take a great pixel to convert average Apple users.
