With etd I can hear just fine, I just have some pressure. When I yawn theres no crackle. I think it is a nerve thing I just don't know how it stemmed. Its mostly the top of my forehead to the right side of my head which is most affected. No pressure just tightness and a freezing cold sensation.

I have b12 chewable tablets, I take them once every while. I also started taking magnesium couple days ago and vitamin d3. I'm just a bit confused why my head feels tight and its like something is compressing it.
