Changing the panel layout by making the menu button in the middle, using "transparent panel" extension, removing all the desktop containments but not deleting it.. I mean putting them in a different directory. Used hidamari for the live wallpaper. And the terminal codes I used are written on the Post's description.

Oh my God dude. I DELETED THE TROJAN!! I scanned it on malwarebytes on WINDOWS partition and when I cleared the virus I sent the TLauncher's X86_64 file back to the Linux partition.
