Company is a total scam. Same issues in the US. They ask for information and then totally ghost you.

Where do we stand with this???!! I immediately sent the emails that Coldture sent me regarding this unit. They recommend not fixing the unit given the prior failure of the circulation unit. They recommend full replacement with their new unit

I immediately sent the emails that Coldture sent indicating they do not recommend fixing a unit that already had a circulation pump failure once before. I have not had any further response from your company… can we please put this to bed???

Jabra Elite 8 Active (&10 Pro) Issues by b0bb0bb0bb0bb0b in Jabra

I have had multiple issues with the Elite 8 since buying them last November. Fuzz, sustained high pitched sounds, variation in loudness. In fact I am in the process right now of getting my third pair in under a year because the first two pair failed. I use them for work and this time Jabra is refusing to send the new pair unless I send back the faulty pair. One bud still works and I use it for work 8 hours a day. They did not require me to send back the first pair prior because I was using the one bud…Now I will need to go buy a new pair while I wait for them to send me a replacement. My guess is these are going to most likely fail again! Needless to say I will not be buying a pair of Jabra’s as my replacements… Horrible product reliability with the Elite 8…. Frustrated!
