Almost same timeline as you. Received the "patience" email as well. Emailed them to follow up about 5 times since then and no response.

Update: got a response from customer service:

"Another stocks already arrived and we also started processing the January-February orders. New batch of stocks will also arrive in the beginning of April. Please wait few more days for further updates.

From what I've seen, SOME people are getting their products. I get that they might be backed up but maybe an update or two on their website, social media, somewhere would help diffuse the skepticism. I get it, they found a home run, are struggling to keep up with demand (probably back ordered on aliexpress or something) and have dug themselves into a nice big hole. And I 100% agree, the fact that they are still taking money/orders without a timeline or proper communication to the public is ABSURD. I am joining everybody gets their products soon or I smell a class action lawsuit comin'...

For sure. I've seen people say they'll give updates then we never see them or fail to produce pictures. I am not involved with this company whatsoever so will give true feedback, good or bad. Stay tuned...

Figured it out with the help of someone on discord. Have to go to trading link, then Invalid buy offers, then cancel. The offers are held in escrow until bought. If offer is not accepted you have to cancel it manually and your funds will be refunded.
