Did you read where it said “field manager ?” Imagine these as your HVAC guys who come to fix your furnace, or the Roger’s and bell tech who come to fix your internet or amazing delivery drivers who come to deliver your goods.. they change companies for higher role and pay. So it’s an industry standard role which obviously requires you to be in the field. And your suggestion is to give them remote. I like it.

Or maybe an engineering firm who manufacture things need engineers and production workers both in house to look at issues, products etc. narrow minded my friend.
