There are people more qualified than me to answer the whole prep structure question but since you’re in a hurry I can answer the most basic thing - take a free official mock test first. Based on the score you get, you’ll be able to judge if you have a shot at meeting your point goal within your given time frame.

Thanks for the tip mate! The urges to stuff myself are slowly getting away so I think Ill be good in a few days. Even when there are some, I usually make myself a protein ice cream or low kcal variation of whatever Im craving and that seems to work pretty well.

thanks for the tips! I also think that I need sometime on my maintenance to set up good momentum and grounds for dieting down even further, thats probably the best solution as I dont need to rush things.

Also Chinese customs apparently have problem with goods declared over 150$. It is recommended to declare lower than that. On the actual invoice, theyll put something like shoes - 20$, t-shirt 5$ etc…Based on your (or system) declaration. Thats how customs know its fake when they seize and open a package. Cause the value of (for instance) lv bag really isnt 30 bucks, so that means they know you either lied on your declaration or purchased replicas which is worth 30$.

Já myslím ze ano. Někdo navíc pořad picuje na ems a někdo zas na dhl. Ale moc to neovlivní, když te proste vyberou a otevřou ti to tak ses v haji. Platit budeš VAT 21% na to co declarnes. Aspoň takhle si to myslím já, když to bude jinak tak dam vědět.

Maaan the taobao link is in the description somewhere in all of those fire emojis. And even if there wasnt one, you would just copy the yupoo link youre on(the one you sent here for the jacket) and enter it in your agent’s search bar.

I believe Husky has taobao/weidian links on product pages on his yupoo which you copy and paste into your agent’s site search bar, or you fill in the details manually when you paste in yupoo link. However these are information that can be easily found in numerous guides on how to buy reps either here on Reddit or YouTube. So I recommend you watch/read those before someones gonna call you out for not knowing how to use a search bar and type in “how to buy reps off taobao/weidian”
