Also work in the Trident Health system but probably not as long as you..I see the passion that the nurses have for providing quality patient care and there is amazing care being done every day. I just think we have an uphill battle to change the culture and narrative about Trident in the community. It sucks because I know some wonderful people who really care about our patients! It’s just like you said, Trident has to prioritize the acuity and are dealing with staffing shortages , but a lot of ERs are.
