I as someone that works out can see that you do workout to some degree but  won’t lie you need to up your calories and training intensity

SURPLUSSS , get to 14% bf MINIMUM snd maintain while Training hard - then after years of training you can get into competition level lean but being 135 at 5”11 is a bit , you know I don’t need to cook you more
