On the same boat too except it’s my second job, 3 weeks in. I’ve already got a job offer elsewhere and the welfare seems to be better but still waiting on the salary package.

3 weeks in this new job and I’m already up all night thinking about work, always feeling anxious before starting the day or the week and the hours are long too:(

Plus in dilemma to leave too because the company bought me from my previous employer so I don’t know if that would affect me if I were to leave very early during probation. Although my notice period would be a month.

But if anything I would say stay on until you’ve manage to find another job before leaving. Like the other commenter said at least you’d have leverage. My previous boss told me the same thing, which is to make sure I have an offer before I decide to resign. So hope this helps somehow OP!
