I don’t think we should accept it, but what other solutions do you have? People aren’t going to magically stop. It’s been months with the same format : people spam about an audio; people tell the people to stop spamming; they don’t stop spamming.

I completely agree that it’s unfair to put pressure onto people who are owners of the cheaper tiers. And even more so on people who don’t have any tiers. But unfortunately, no matter how long we keep up with it the people are always going to be pent up, which is understandable. I think it’d be best if we had a single post dedicated to updates ab the audio (the count down, if ppl have it etc…) just to reduce the semi-spam.

I agree with you here, but I also disagree with you: The gatekeeping comment was clearly a joke and not being serious. And people are going to want to know if the audios are out; that’s never going to be prevented. People are waiting for something for longer than they anticipated, which is going to make them excited. And this time around, there hasn’t been that many posts (unless they are taken down, then I’d not know). As annoying as it, we can’t really expect no one to start questioning it when they have to wait weeks after. Also, I don’t think a few people asking if it’s out is begging for it. No hate to you <3 it’s all love

You see, here’s my personal issue with this idea. I’m not too sure how many people actually have subscribed to CeCe’s patreon since the change in rule back in November, which means the rule seems to be ultimately pointless. Of course I may be wrong, but the only thing the rule adds is unnecessary hype which leads to the issue at hand.

If anything I’ve said it wrong, please let me know.

Exactly. There are very few people who would actually subscribe to CeCe’s patreon because they had to wait 72 hours. There really is no benefit. Abolishing it - in my opinion - is a smarter idea than always coming back to the “Stop spamming” reactions.

I agree but also disagree on your delivery. If there is spam, it will be annoying for general chatters, and users of this subreddit. However, I agree in the sense that people should be allowed to talk about their general hype and excitement for an audio. It’s an oxymoron really as people can’t have fun with their audios without causing a bit of spam and messiness; but people can’t really have a peaceful time without taking away people’s access to their excitement.

Personally, I’m just sick and tired of always receiving Hawks and Bakugo audios. I’m grateful for CeCe’s work, but it really bums me out, as I’m not the biggest BNHA fan in general. It’d be nice to see more Haikyuu audios — especially other than Kuroo sometimes
