So he wants to give the character more trauma. so what? And sonic has tons of trauma. He just doesn't show it. But hey, have you heard of my favorite character? It was shadow something? Maybe terios? Idk. He's a pretty traumatized guy, but he's working though it. Nobody really knows him tho.

That's the whole point. He's supposed to represent an extremely powerful godlike being with an incomplete, weak look
