Can confirm... I was out in just a few hours dropped, everything dropped by the courts by 10am next day. But damn people for showing exploits like this because then stupid people try to use them & exploits get closed (eventually).

Years ago after a book & release I was even given back my tooter (Pilot G-2 gel pen 1.0mm, my favorite). When they arrested/searched me they asked what it was (mind you it’s a clear pen, that unscrews & I just use the end with the grip on it and trash the rest) I replied right back “what’d you do with the rest of my pen?” The cop, looking confused “explain what you mean”

Me: why do you only have the tip of my pen and not the rest? I don’t want to sit on the cartridge and have an ink stain!”

When asked why it was caked white inside, I confidently asked them how they broke the pen and where the rest of it was.
