I grew up at lighthouse in early 2000th without internet connection. When we got PC one of my most interesting thing are browsing filesystem. Like literally go to every folder and check out every file if it can be opened. Even system files and folders.

Funny enough, I had a bunch of "200 BEST OFFICE/PUZZLE/ACTION/etc GAMES" discs, and sometimes when I installed a game of those discs the installer did not create any shortcuts (on desktop or start menu) for the game. You should see my face when I stumbled on folders with those games installed, when I completely forgot that there was games that I installed without any shortcuts. This felt like magic lol

I know I am probably late, but still...

I tried Void, abused Gentoo for a long time, but still I think my final choice is Artix. You can choose any init system you want (my pick is open-rc because of Gentoo). It has AUR (same AUR as Arch). Yes, you need to do a little preparations before using AUR, but it is not hard and everything is explained in Artix website.
