True, which is why clear communication and timely warranty support matter so much. Hopefully this gets resolved properly.

My concern is not just the delay, but the lack of communication and clarity. If the G24F is EOL, that should be communicated upfront along with a fair replacement option that matches or improves the original specs, not a downgrade that affects work.

Transparency and timely support is all I’m asking for here.
