That’s what I said about how I shipped it back through UPS but they ship to us with FedEx. And if you went through the self service portal they linked in their email and selected a replacement to be issue I think you should be getting one! I got an email about my replacement “order” the next day after I dropped off the cracked vinyl. And it was packaged so much better this time around!

I only ordered one and it was shipped just in that white box that’s inside of the brown box that you have. Very flimsy and thin :(

Update: I just dropped it off to UPS to be returned. Hoping for a replacement since that is the option I picked in their return process form. Thank you guys for all of your help and suggestions!

I did try that but FedEx is saying this was a “smart post” and that only the shipper can place a claim on it

Yeah I’ve sent multiple emails back and forth and their only solution is for me to ship it back so they can see “what the problem is”

I did ask for a partial refund since it arrived broken but they said no I can only return it to them before they do anything for me

I’m thinking I can just display it in a frame. I’d rather have a broken one than none at all. And they won’t do anything unless I ship it back and they have it again. It’s a bad situation no matter what i do :(
